This new career path is for those with open minds, empathetic hearts, and courageous spirits who are looking for alternative ways to build financial success and increase their business acumen while inspiring others to do the same Your Responsibilities: • Cultivate your own lifestyle and personal growth mindset • Execute targeted digital advertising and conduct discovery sessions to secure qualified leadership opportunities • Maintain accurate records and follow up communication • 1:1 mentorship of clients (not a coaching, but consultant, model) • Attend ongoing weekly growth sessions alongside the company’s most accomplished mentors This is a flexible, part-time to full-time, remote role, and income is based on your own results. Skills and Experience: • A genuine heart for people and a spirit of encouragement • Commitment to continuous learning and personal growth • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-driven, while also comfortable working autonomously • A willingness to grow, adapt, and create • Confident in using digital tools (or quick to learn new ones) such as Zoom and CRM platforms • Background in coaching, marketing or customer service is a plus, though not required Why Join Us?
