Your Responsibilities:
• Cultivate your own lifestyle and personal growth mindset
• Execute targeted digital advertising and conduct discovery sessions to secure qualified leadership opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and follow up communication
• 1:1 mentorship of clients (not a coaching, but consultant, model)
• Attend ongoing weekly growth sessions alongside the company’s most accomplished mentors
This is a flexible, part-time to full-time, remote role, and income is based on your own results.
Skills and Experience:
• A genuine heart for people and a spirit of encouragement
• Commitment to continuous learning and personal growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and adventurous - comfortable working autonomously, setting your own routine
• An openness to new things, to grow, adapt, and create
• Confident in using digital tools (or quick to learn new ones) such as Zoom and CRM platforms
• Background in coaching, marketing or customer service is a plus, though not required
