Midlevel Litigation Associate-Portland, Oregon (Hybrid Position)

Remote Full-time
Miller Nash is seeking a midlevel litigation associate with two to four years of experience to join our Portland office, where our attorneys tackle complex litigation and environmental matters side-by-side. With a culture rooted in collaboration, this tight-knit team offers both meaningful litigation experience and a genuine sense of partnership, ideal for someone who wants to grow in a supportive, collegial environment.

Practical solutions, innovative approaches, and persuasive advocacy are the touchstones of Miller Nash’s litigation practice. We are actively involved in our clients’ industries and familiar with the regulatory and business challenges facing those industries. We pride ourselves on our reputation for zealous advocacy and credibility.

We are looking for a team member who is hard-working and responsive, exercises good judgment under pressure, has excellent research and writing skills, is self-directed while maintaining the ability to work in a team environment, and will be ready to hit the ground running on pending cases and immediate client needs.

Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys. Only candidates who have received their Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school with an Oregon bar license should apply. Judicial clerkship and big law experience a plus.
