Middle SEO & AI SEO Specialist (SEO + AI Search) We’re looking for an SEO / AI SEO Specialist who will help us grow visibility in Google and in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude). You’ll combine technical SEO, content, and analytics with AI SEO / GEO practices to strengthen our brand presence where users increasingly look for answers. Key Responsibilities • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements (indexing, speed, site structure, errors). • Optimize on-page SEO: metadata, content structure, internal linking. • Build and execute a white-hat link-building strategy; monitor and maintain quality. • Analyze niches/competitors, semantics, clusters, and page/topic priorities. • Work with GA4, GSC, and SEO tools; track the impact of changes on traffic/leads. • AI SEO / GEO: adapt content to appear in AI-generated answers, build AI-friendly content structures, and test hypotheses on how AI search affects organic traffic and conversions. • Collaborate with the content team: briefs, editing, quality and factual accuracy control. Requirements (Mandatory) • 2+ years of SEO experience (Middle level). • Confident with: GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs / Semrush / Serpstat (or equivalents). • Solid understanding of technical SEO: indexing, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical, site speed, basics of structured data. • Experience with content strategy and semantic research: keywords, clusters, intents, on-page optimization. • Hands-on experience or strong understanding of AI SEO / GEO (AI search, brand mentions/recommendations, “citability” and trust factors). • AI SEO certification is required (e.g., Dabudai Certified AI SEO Expert) — or willingness to obtain it quickly. • Strong analytical skills; ability to work with data and draw conclusions. • English: Intermediate or higher.
