Qualifications
- Master's degree in Educational Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience
- Knowledge of middle school developmental needs and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budget management and personnel supervision
- Commitment to student-centered education
