What the job involves: Shape the direction and design language of our customer-facing calling applicationBuild a deep understanding of mobile top-ups and eGifts and partner with a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, POs, and operations to execute our product roadmap.Get constant and quick feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly.Think holistically across all Boss Revolution’s touch points and help create a cohesive customer journey grounded in user research. Grow and maintain our cross-platform, cross-functional design system.Lead workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams. Who you are: 7+ years of experience in product design.Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma;High bar for quality and excellent visual, UI, and mobile interaction skillsService design mindset, framing problems in the context of our UX strategy while executing at low levels of detail.You always create clickable prototypes while discussing your UX solutions.Efficiency prototyping at appropriate levels of abstraction and fidelity.Bias towards systems thinking, anticipating the ripple effects that small and large design changes will have across all our products.Comfortable working in an open and collaborative design environment where feedback is sought early and oftenExcellent English communication (minimum C1) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Lottie Files, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Excellent English, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions.Proven ability to create micro animations, UX gamification, and business understanding in past worked projects.Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
