Middle DevOps Engineer
About the position
We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure, enabling efficient software delivery and high system availability.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows
ā¢ Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Amazon Connnect, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.)
ā¢ Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
ā¢ Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
ā¢ Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.)
ā¢ Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
ā¢ Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments
ā¢ Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and troubleshoot issues
ā¢ Manage logging, alerting, and incident response processes
Requirements
ā¢ 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles
ā¢ Strong experience with AWS cloud services
ā¢ Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or similar)
ā¢ Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
ā¢ Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
ā¢ Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
ā¢ Experience with monitoring and logging tools
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure or GCP)
ā¢ Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
ā¢ Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
ā¢ Familiarity with security best practices (DevSecOps)
ā¢ Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.)
