Location: Remote — Poland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Ukraine, Georgia Initially remote, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid arrangement once our office hubs are established. The Role We’re looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure that powers our global gaming products. What You’ll Do Manage and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt (IaC) Operate and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters across production and non-production environments Implement and maintain GitOps workflows with GitLab CI/CD and FluxCD/ArgoCD Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance delivery pipelines and developer experience Ensure security and compliance via IAM policy management , backup processes, and ISO27001 support Automate repetitive tasks to drive reliability , scalability , and efficiency Who You Are A proactive, detail-oriented engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment A strong team player who enjoys solving complex problems and streamlining processes through automation Someone who takes ownership, learns continuously, and contributes to a culture of improvement What You Bring 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer , SRE , or Cloud Engineer Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes operations Proficiency with Terraform/Terragrunt or similar Infrastructure as Code frameworks Experience with GitLab CI/CD and GitOps tools (FluxCD, ArgoCD) Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset Nice to Have: Experience managing multi-account AWS Organizations Exposure to iGaming or other high-load, high-availability systems Knowledge of modern GitOps patterns and best practices What We Offer Fully remote work with flexible hours 32 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick days per year A collaborative, growth-oriented team culture The chance to shape infrastructure for a fast-growing global company
