Job Title: Java Application Developer (Mid to Senior Level)

Job Overview:
We are seeking talented Java Application Developers (Mid to Senior level) to join our remote team. As a Java Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based technical solutions. You will work in a collaborative Agile environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software applications.
Experience Levels:
ā¢ Mid-Level: 3-6 years of relevant experience.
ā¢ Senior-Level: 6+ years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop, test, debug, and deploy software applications of medium to high complexity.
ā¢ Identify and resolve bugs or defects in production code to ensure seamless application performance.
ā¢ Collaborate with Agile teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust solutions.
ā¢ Conduct code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and practice continuous integration and deployment.
ā¢ Actively participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members and stakeholders.
ā¢ Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ Security Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred (fully adjudicated).
ā¢ Certifications: Security+ CE
ā¢ Education: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills:
ā¢ Proficiency in Java/J2EE, including custom application development, web services, and service-oriented architecture.
ā¢ Strong experience with RESTful APIs design and integration.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
ā¢ Familiarity with Linux, Servlets, JSP, and PHP.
ā¢ Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle
ā¢ Expertise in web frontend technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, AJAX, etc.
ā¢ Experience with MuleSoft, Git, and DevSecOps practices.
Soft Skills:
ā¢ Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
ā¢ Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
ā¢ Experience developing Microservices and understanding integration patterns.
ā¢ Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA
