JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate and track progress on some 10 projects for a sub-division; • Manage 2-4 projects directly with timelines from 3-12 months, keeping project charter, KPI/deliverables, resourcing, budgets, and timelines on track; • Monitor and flag key decisions, issues, and risks, including executive approvals, delays, missed targets, and resource gaps • Support the project leads and members to complete research/analysis and coordinate the development of storyline/contents • Summarize and report on project progress to senior management and wider audiences, through both standard reporting cycles (monthly business review, weekly team updates) and ad-hoc communication of key progress milestones JOB REQUIREMENTS • 3-7 years of project management-related experience • Expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel for project tracking and reporting • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing • Demonstrated analytical approach to problem-solving • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex stakeholder management environment CALL NOW: Shreya at 408-907-6915 ABOUT AKRAYA Akraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm and the staffing partner of choice for many leading companies across the US.
