Mid-Level Litigation Attorney-Remote (U.S.)
Seeking a mid-level litigation attorney to join a remote team handling complex state and federal litigation, including securities, regulatory, and commercial matters. This role offers substantive responsibility and hands-on case involvement.
What Youll Do:
ā¢ Manage matters across all phases of litigation
ā¢ Draft motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, etc.)
ā¢ Take and defend depositions
ā¢ Support securities, financial services, and commercial litigation matters
ā¢ Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis
What Were Looking For:
ā¢ 3+ years of litigation experience
ā¢ Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
ā¢ Experience with depositions and motion practice
ā¢ Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
ā¢ Comfortable working full-time in a remote environment
