Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior What You’ll Do: Design, build, and optimize SSIS, ADF, and Power Bi Reporting. Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Integrate data from various sources including Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems. Contribute to data architecture, governance, and best practices. Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Microsoft data ecosystem. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in SQL SSIS development , PowerBi report data modeling , and ETL/ELT processes . Hands-on experience with SSIS , Microsoft Fabric , OneLake , and Dataflows Gen2 . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team. A growth mindset—you embrace change, seek feedback, and love learning.
