Job Description: MSX International is seeking a Microsoft PowerApps Developer / Analyst to design, develop, support, and enhance low-code solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. This role combines business analysis, solution design, and hands-on development. The ideal candidate will work closely with project leadership to translate business requirements into scalable PowerApps solutions while supporting and enhancing existing platforms. Key Responsibilities Conduct information intake and discovery meetings with project leadership and stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements. Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional and technical PowerApps designs. Conceptualize, design, and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps. Integrate applications with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 data sources. Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate. Support, maintain, and troubleshoot existing PowerApps solutions currently in production. Enhance existing applications by implementing new features and optimizing performance and usability. Apply best practices for data modeling, security, permissions, and environment management. Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams. Create and maintain technical and user documentation. Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate. Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling. Experience integrating PowerApps with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365. Strong understanding of Power Fx formulas, UI design, and app logic. Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or CSS is a plus. Understanding of Power Platform security, governance, and role-based access control. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. Microsoft Power Platform Certification (such as Power Platform App Maker Associate) preferred.
