Mgr-Strategic Payables

POSITION OVERVIEW: Direct a team of professionals responsible for the corporation’s enterprise-wide payables payment strategies, complex analytics and emerging technologies, including leading transformation initiatives and business process outsourcing. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures that the internal control structure is sufficient to prevent material errors. Leads and participates on project teams with the goal to improve overall procurement to pay processes, including support strategies focused on improving working capital position and enhancing liquidity and cash forecasting. Supports forensic controls and analysis, adheres to SEC reporting requirements, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 (SOX) requirements. Develop and support professionals through personal skillset transformation while creating an effective organization achieving company goals. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent in accounting, finance or related field. • Five (5) years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. • Significant analytical and financial analysis skills required. • Significant project/process management experience. • Extensive experience working in a large customer focused, internal business partner environment. • Strong leadership and collaboration building skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills. • Proven ability to innovate, develop and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.
