Role Overview This new role has been created to focus exclusively on the Numerator International business within Kantar. The Mexico Accounting Manager will be a vital member of Numerator International finance team, reporting to the Numerator International LATAM Regional Controller in the Control & Accounting function, but with key stakeholders in the Finance Business Partner world - particularly the Numerator International Finance Business Partners based in LATAM. You will play a key role in ensuring the robust day-to-day operations of the team with a focus on producing accurate and timely management information, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations and liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Role Description (What you will be doing) · Ensure all reporting requirements are delivered with quality and on-time in line with reporting calendar. · Analyse information to enable business stakeholders working with their Business Partners to make decisions with full understanding of the financial impact. · Support the implementation of new business processes working with the global and regional teams. · Ensure an appropriate controls environment is in place working alongside internal audit and compliance. · Support internal and external audits, including ensuring timely clearance of auditor findings and management recommendations. · Review of local filings including tax and VAT.
