About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Nobletherapyny.com as a Fully Remote MFT Limited Permit Therapist. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely.

Manage a full-time caseload with a focus on client engagement and progress.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.

Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice in therapy.

Requirements:

Must hold a limited permit for Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT).

Experience in providing therapy services, preferably in a remote setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Empathy and a client-centered approach to therapy.
