JOB 1: Meta & bolthires Ads + Local SEO Specialist (Supplement Store) Job Title: Meta & bolthires Ads + Local SEO Specialist for Local Supplement Store Job Type: Hourly or Fixed project to start About Us We’re a brick-and-mortar + online supplement & nutrition store based in New Jersey. We sell pre-workouts, proteins, creatine, vitamins, high-protein snacks, and healthy meal prep locally and online. Our goal: Drive more local foot traffic Increase online sales Dominate local search when people look for supplements, protein, or meal prep near us.What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a performance-focused marketer who can manage and optimize: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) bolthires Ads (Search, Local, possibly Performance Max) Local SEO (bolthires Business Profile & local rankings) You should be comfortable working with small–mid budgets, testing creative and audiences, and reporting on real results: leads, calls, store visits, and sales. Responsibilities Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Set up and/or audit existing ad accounts, pixels, and tracking Create and manage campaigns for: Local traffic & in-store visits Website purchases (Shopify) Retargeting (website visitors, IG/FB engagers, past customers if possible) Build and test creatives: images, short-form video hooks, headlines, primary text Optimize for ROAS, bolthires per purchase, and/or bolthires per lead Provide clear weekly performance summaries & next steps bolthires Ads Audit or set up: Search campaigns (e.g.“supplement store near me”, “protein powder near [city]”) Local campaigns and/or Performance Max Do keyword research focused on: Local search intent Supplement/nutrition keywords Optimize bids, keywords, and ad copy Reduce wasted spend & improve conversion rate Report key metrics (clicks, conversions, bolthires per conversion, etc.) Local SEO Audit and optimize bolthires Business Profile (photos, categories, services, posts, offers) Help improve rankings for local queries like: “supplement store near me” “[city] nutrition store” “meal prep near me” Suggest and help implement: Local landing pages on Shopify (if needed) Review strategies Local citation opportunities Requirements Proven experience running Meta and/or bolthires Ads for: Local businesses E-commerce (Shopify is a plus) Bonus if you’ve worked with fitness/supplement brands Strong understanding of: Conversion tracking (Meta pixel, bolthires Tag, bolthires Analytics, Shopify) Basic funnel strategy (cold → warm → hot audiences) Experience with Local SEO: bolthires Business Profile optimization Local keyword research and on-page recommendations Ability to communicate clearly: What you did Why you did it What we’re seeing in the numbers Nice to Have Experience with Shopify Familiarity with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo/Omnisend, etc.) Basic creative skills: ad copy, simple image/video editing or working with provided assets Experience with fitness, health, or wellness brands Scope & Budget Start with a test phase (4–6 weeks) If results are solid, move to a long-term partnership Please include your hourly rate or project-based fee and typical ad spend ranges you’re comfortable managing When You Apply, Please Answer: Briefly describe a local business you’ve helped grow with Meta and/or bolthires Ads.What were the results?
