Meta Ads Lead Generation Specialist (Part-Time) We’re building BluBerry, a resale marketplace that picks up and sells used items for customers. We’re looking for a hands-on Meta Ads specialist to run lead generation campaigns focused on completed form submissions. This is a performance-only role. No brand work, no content calendars, no social media management. What you’ll do: Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns Optimize for completed submissions (conversion-focused) Control daily lead volume (important) Monitor CPL and basic performance metrics What we’re NOT looking for: Brand strategists Social media managers SEO or content writers Agencies Requirements: Proven experience running Meta lead generation ads Experience with local services, marketplaces, or logistics is a big plus Comfortable working inside our ad account (we own everything) Details: Hourly role ~8–10 hours per week Budget cap: ~$2,000/month Short trial engagement to start To apply, please include: 1–2 brief lead gen case studies (CPL + niche) Your hourly rate Confirmation that you can work within a capped weekly budget Apply tot his job
