Meta Ads Growth Marketer Needed for Remote Fitness Coaching Launch (High Scale Opportunity) - Contract to Hire

Job Overview

We are launching a national remote coaching platform for two established fitness brands:

• StretchMed – Mobility coaching

• Get In Shape For Women – Body transformation coaching

Both brands already operate brick-and-mortar studios, and we are now scaling a remote coaching division nationwide.

We are looking for a high-level Meta Ads performance marketer to help us launch and scale customer acquisition.

This role is focused on customer acquisition and funnel performance, not just running ads.

What Success Looks Like

Your primary objective will be to:

• Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns

• Test creative hooks and offers

• Optimize lead funnels and landing pages

• Reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC)

• Scale campaigns once winners are found

Our goal is to build a predictable customer acquisition system for remote coaching memberships.

Initial Campaign Goal

We want to acquire the first 200–300 remote coaching members through paid acquisition.

• 7-Day Transformation Jumpstart

• Remote coaching membership

Once CAC is validated, we will scale spend significantly.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns

• Develop creative testing frameworks

• Launch multiple ad variations and hooks

• Optimize targeting and audiences

• Track funnel performance and CAC

• Provide weekly performance reports

Optional but valuable:

• Experience with landing page optimization

• Experience with fitness or coaching funnels

• Experience scaling subscription businesses

• Meta Ads Manager

• Trainerize (coaching platform)

• Landing pages / funnel pages

• CRM integrations

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years running Meta performance ads

• Has managed $10K+/month ad spend

• Understands creative testing frameworks

• Knows how to optimize for CAC and LTV

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Fitness / health offers

• Coaching programs

• Subscription products
