Merchant Services Consultant (1099 Contractor)

Pay: $25,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Job Summary Looking for a flexible sales role with uncapped earning potential? At Paybility Financial, we help small to medium-sized businesses save money on credit card processing with flexible, transparent programs, and we’re looking for motivated Independent Merchant Services Consultants to. This is a field-based position where you’ll be out meeting business owners face-to-face and building relationships in your community. While you can also leverage virtual outreach when it makes sense, success in this role comes from being active in the field, not just behind a computer. As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll enjoy full flexibility, independence, and the chance to build a portfolio that generates both immediate commissions and long-term residual income. What You’ll Do • Connect with local small and medium-sized business owners to understand their payment processing needs. • Offer cost-saving solutions, pricing options, and merchant-friendly programs. • Build and manage your own client portfolio with ongoing support. • Nurture long-term relationships to create lasting income. • Leverage company-provided lead lists by territory to open doors and accelerate growth.
