What you’ll be doing Onboarding key accounts and franchise venues into Wolt’s Platform. This includes photography, menu, translation and Wolt app training. Building relationships with our restaurant and retail partners by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates Creating training for our partners Ensuring our portfolio of restaurants and retail shops reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks Developing our restaurant and retail partners and their business by using our collected user data Being responsible for our menu-platform always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand Managing equipment inventory Support the everyday work of the team by creating and updating our database and communication Monitoring and forwarding changes and innovations affecting the team Our humble expectations Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience Structured, detailed and service oriented Fluent in Hungarian and English Strong time management skills with efficient task prioritization Additional information If you are excited about working in a high-growth environment, taking ownership, and being part of an extremely ambitious team, then click below to apply and get the conversation going!
