Job Summary:

One of the main duties of Merchandise stockers at Hobby Lobby is to ensure that the store's shelves and sales areas are adequately stocked, orderly, and sufficiently prepared for customers' needs. They are vital in maintaining the store's overall presentation and keeping the inventory well-managed.

Responsibilities:
• Sort products from shipping trucks and store them in the stockroom.
• Organize products into their designated areas of shelving, racking, and binning.
• Ensure the goods on display are neat, arranged properly, and adequately stocked.
• Ensure the merchandise is in constant circulation and the store is always presentable by rotating goods and maintaining cleanliness.
• Utilize inventory management tools to keep track of the quantities of products in stock, enabling timely replenishment of depleted items.
• Provide customer support by roaming around the sales area and helping buyers with their queries.
• To avoid harm and danger, it is imperative that you comply with safety procedures and inform relevant personnel about any risky situations.

Qualifications:
• Possessing the strength to lift hefty objects and engage in physically arduous duties.
• The capacity to effectively multitask and manage responsibilities is a desirable trait for any employee.

• You don't need any previous experience - we provide training.
• This job entails being able to work non-traditional hours, such as weekends and evenings, as needed.
