Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandise strategy that meets the needs of our target market.
Ensure product selection reflects brand standards and aligns with our mission and values.
Analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback to inform product selection.
Manage the merchandise assortment process, including identifying new vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory levels.
Monitor the competition and research emerging products to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and manage product pricing strategies that maximize profits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of merchandise plans.
Provide leadership and direction to merchandising staff to ensure goals are being met.
Train and mentor staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient product flow and inventory management.
