About the position

The Merchandise Coordinator for Makeup at Sephora plays a crucial support role within the merchandising team, assisting with daily operations, reporting, and data management for product assortments. This position is integral to ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining organization within the product pipeline, contributing to the overall success of the merchandising function.

Responsibilities
• Prepare for all brand meetings by scheduling, preparing reports and agendas, and ordering lunches.

• Conduct weekly and monthly reports including SKU, location, collection, and subclass; send out vendor monthly reports and ad-hoc reports for the merchant team.

• Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage SKU creation and maintenance, track artwork deadlines, and oversee the collection and organization of product samples.

• Handle monthly vendor damage and tester recovery, tester allocation requests, and manage hotline online.

Requirements
• 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
