Compensation:
$21.85 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
Arrange and place store shelves, refrigerators, and showcases with items in designated locations.
Rearrange items in the storage area and on the display shelves.
Transfer items from storage area to designated shelves for display.
Utilize tools such as submarines, manual carts, and skid lifters for product transportation.
Exhibit advertising materials like posters and flags.
Keep the storage area clean and well-organized.
Convey concerns regarding the store's operations to both store managers and Pepsi management.
Cultivate connections with customers directly at the retail level.
Adhere to operational protocols such as scanning in and out or sticking to the assigned path.
Service is available during specified hours.
Provide top-notch customer support while working independently.
Employ portable gadgets for the purpose of handling orders efficiently.
Consistent and punctual attendance is necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
Meet the requirements of the physical abilities assessment, if it is a mandatory part of the process.
Having your own transportation is necessary to reach several retail outlets.
A valid driver's license issued in the United States and evidence of insurance coverage are required.
Helpful Experience:
Experience in a retail or grocery environment.
Proficiency in relocating and displaying merchandise effectively.
Experience in overseeing inventory stored in the backroom or stockroom.
