Role and Responsibilities:

As a team member, you will play a vital role in supporting store operations and enhancing the customer experience through effective merchandising and service. Your responsibilities will include:
• Restock shelves and maintain clean, well-organized merchandise displays.
• Welcome customers and assist them in finding items and completing purchases.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process returns accurately.
• Keep the store clean by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing storage areas.
• Assist with inventory by stocking, rotating, and recording products appropriately.

Required Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes.
• Dependable work ethic with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Capability to perform efficiently in a busy, fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not required.
