Under the guidance of our Director/Behavioral Health Clinical, you'll provide comprehensive, integrative mental health services to our patients and referrals from our primary care partners.
You'll be part of a care team that communicates, collaborates, and genuinely cares — not just about patients, but about each other.

Requirements:
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing in the State of IL
Experience with neurobehavioral populations and/or brain stimulation therapies is highly preferred
A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Proficiency in using telehealth technology and EMR systems
Virtual therapeutic care experience required
An ability to comply with rapid onboarding and credentialing
