Tree of Life Therapy + Self-Care is seeking compassionate, motivated, and client-centered Mental Health Therapists to provide services throughout Washington State. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through both telehealth and in-person services when available.
We welcome both independently licensed clinicians and associate-level therapists working toward full licensure.

Responsibilities
β’ Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services.
β’ Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
β’ Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
β’ Develop individualized treatment goals and monitor client progress.
β’ Maintain compliance with Washington State laws, professional ethics, and documentation standards.
β’ Collaborate with supervisors, providers, and community resources as appropriate.
β’ Participate in supervision and consultation when required by licensure status.
β’ Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
β’ Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
β’ Active Washington State license or associate license, including but not limited to:
β’ LICSW or LSWAIC
β’ LMHC or LMHCA
β’ LMFT or LMFTA
β’ Associate-level clinicians are encouraged to apply.
β’ Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or adults preferred.
β’ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards.
β’ Commitment to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
Preferred Experience
β’ Anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, and family systems work.
β’ Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-focused therapies, or other evidence-based modalities.
β’ Telehealth experience is a plus.
