Role Overview
We are seeking two Remote Licensed Therapists based in Illinois to provide high-quality virtual therapy services. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about working with professionals, first-generation individuals, and clients experiencing burnout, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
You will have the opportunity to work with a motivated client base while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in your schedule, supported by a team that prioritizes growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide virtual individual and/or couples therapy sessions
• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation using SimplePractice
• Collaborate with team members to support coordinated care when appropriate
Client Focus Areas
• Career stress and burnout, particularly among professionals in high-performance environments
• Identity development and navigating family or cultural expectations
• Anxiety, depression, and major life transitions
• Relationship and couples therapy

• A compensation structure that begins as a 1099 role with the potential to transition into a W2 position over time
Qualifications
• Active Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field
• Experience providing therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Interest in working with diverse and high-achieving client populations
