Mental Health Therapist (Remote)
About us True Life Change is a 100% remote private practice dedicated to helping people improve the quality of their lives by giving them the tools they need to succeed. We are expanding our therapy services and are looking for qualified therapists who are interested in providing counseling services for a variety of populations. True Life Change is hiring licensed therapists to provide services to adults, adolescents, and/or children. We also provide family and couples therapy. Therapists are compensated on a fee-for-service basis that allows for a VERY flexible schedule and a high earning potential. Individual and group supervision is provided for therapists with a student license. True Life Change provides a team environment with administrative support that allows our therapist to focus on providing mental health services. Qualifications and Requirements • Masters degree in social work, psychology or clinically related field required. • Any of the following licenses are required: LCPC & LCSW-C • Active and in good standing in the state of Maryland. • Must be experienced in using an electronic health record system • Reliable Internet connection Job Types: 1099 positions for Full-time & Part-time Candidates will have the opportunity to work with the population of their choice and a variety of mental health disorders. Responsibilities: • Complete diagnostic evaluations. • Be able to interpret different approaches to treatment in order to find out which approach is most helpful for patients. • Create treatment plans and evaluate a clients progress. • Collaborate effectively with other health professionals. • Maintain patient charts and provide appropriate documentation. • Provide appropriate referrals and case management as needed.
