Mental Health Therapist - College of Lake County (Remote)

Therapist Job Responsibilities: Basic Function: Delivery of direct services to clients; occasional necessary indirect services such as case management • Responsible for providing direct therapy services at the College of Lake County (Grayslake, Waukegan and Vernon Hills campuses). • Responsible for providing assessments, and evidence based, short term therapy to clients.. • Responsible for preparing assessments, case notes, and any other written reports as necessary; documenting all client services • Responsible for attending all mandatory in-services and staff meetings. • Responsible for referring / linking clients to ancillary services. Required Experience: • LCSW, LCPC • Possession of a minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral or social science (social welfare, sociology, psychology, counseling and guidance, social work, etc.). • Minimum of one years counseling/therapy experience.
