Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and systems.
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with Medicaid and private insurance standards.
Analyze research data collection processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with our teams to fabricate solutions that enhance service quality.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings for management review.
Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting quality standards.
Skills
Strong knowledge of quality systems, and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
