Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients via telehealth platforms. • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes. • Stay updated on best practices and continue professional development. Required Qualifications • Valid LMHC licensure in New York State. • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. • Proven experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in telehealth technology.
