As a Member Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a team of associates while providing our valued members with exceptional service. Lead and oversee a team of associates to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all members.
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both team members and members.
Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Set and achieve sales targets and goals for the team.
Collaborate with other departmental leaders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Resolve any member complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist members with their shopping needs.
Conduct team meetings and communicate important updates and information to team members.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security protocols.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance and member feedback.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes teamwork.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the member shopping experience.
Serve as a role model for team members by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
