- Generate member interest in Credit Union Products and Services
- Research and resolve member requests and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 2 years' Call Center, Teller, or Retail experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to write effectively in English and speak clearly and tactfully
- Basic math skills and proficiency in basic applications in a Windows-based environment
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
