Description What You’ll Do The Member Service Representative II will enjoy fostering relationship building and identifying the needs of the membership as well as enriching member lives by offering sound advice and confidently providing solutions. The person that holds this position will have strong relationship building skills with both a member service and an advisory service orientation, you will have strong communication, problem solving, time management, and skill prioritization. Requirements What Does the Ideal Candidate Bring? In addition to one-year post-secondary education in a general business program, we are looking for an individual who has 1 to 3 years of experience working in the financial industry.
