Member Engagement Representative (Fully Remote within the State of Kentucky)

They handle all inbound and outbound communication, providing a wide range of services and informed responses to our members and potential members.The duties of a Member Engagement Representative include, but are not limited to:Staying readily available for incoming communications.Following established guidelines to protect the security of our members' information.Proficiently using software for communication tracking and member documentation and follow up.Establishing relationships with internal and external members and striving to provide exceptional service.Meeting Credit Union standard for referring new memberships, checking accounts and loans.Displaying knowledge of products and services and offering recommendations to members to meet their financial needs.Some Saturday hours are required.This position includes the following requirements and expectations:This remote work arrangement is not a replacement for appropriate childcare or other dependent care.Candidates must be available to work during Commonwealth Credit Union's standard business hours, which follow Eastern Time.A dedicated off-site workspace is required - one that supports productivity and ensures the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.Home internet connection must maintain a minimum download speed of 100 Megabits per second and upload speed of 10 Megabits per second.A wired broadband internet connection is preferred. Satellite connection is not recommended.
