Member Assist Cart Attendant

Greet and welcome members to Sam's Club in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized cart area by retrieving, cleaning, and sanitizing carts as needed.
Monitor and restock cart corrals to ensure availability for members.
Assist members with loading and unloading items into their vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues that members may have.
Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members.
Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for members and team members.
Communicate any maintenance or repair needs for carts and cart corrals to management.
Continuously maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards members and team members.
Complete all assigned tasks and duties in a timely and efficient manner.
Keep abreast of all store promotions, sales, and events to assist members in taking advantage of offers.
Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
