Medicare Sales Representative

We are searching for a Medicare Sales Representative to join our team at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for educating and assisting individuals in the selection of Medicare plans that meet their needs.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong customer service ethic, and a deep understanding of Medicare plans. You will be working with a wide variety of clients, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about helping people get the coverage they need. Responsibilities:
Educate and assist individuals in the selection of Medicare plans that meet their needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Provide excellent customer service.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to promote Medicare plans.
Monitor customer feedback and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize market research and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of customer contacts and sales data.
Stay up to date on industry news and regulations.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to increase sales.
