This is a W‑2, fully remote role for candidates located in the state of Florida. You’ll work from home in a fast paced, performance‑driven environment, supported by strong leadership, proven systems, and a culture built around accountability and results. Responsibilities
• Learn and master the Medicare landscape through comprehensive training and ongoing development
• Handle inbound calls only, speaking with qualified prospects actively seeking coverage
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate Medicare plan options
• Utilize CRM systems and dialing platforms to manage leads and track performance
• Deliver a high level of professionalism, compliance, and customer care in every interaction
• Collaborate within a competitive, results driven team environment
• Participate in sales contests, incentives, and performance-based challenges

Qualifications
• Active Health Insurance License
• Previous Medicare sales experience preferred but not required—we train motivated individuals
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Competitive, goal oriented, and driven to succeed
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, performance‑focused environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Able to quickly learn CRM systems and sales tools
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to win

Remote Work Requirements

This is a work‑from‑home position. A dedicated home office setup is required, including:
• Quiet, professional workspace free from background noise
• Desktop or laptop
• Two monitors
• Keyboard and mouse
• Headset suitable for sales calls
• Reliable high-speed internet
