100% Remote Full-Time Medical Language Specialist
We are seeking medical editors to work from home as a 100% remote employee for our CARDIOLOGY team. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, working at least 6 hours daily starting no earlier than 10:00 am Eastern time each day. You are free to work additional hours each day if you wish, up to a total of 40 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
Ā Professional experience within the past 2 years editing speech recognition drafts
Ā Minimum of 2 years' experience with cardiology terminology, ideally in a clinical setting
Ā Good background with the AHDI Book of Style
Ā Strong personal commitment to quality
Ā Possess a reliable Windows 11 PC or laptop (not a Mac) with a minimum of 8 GB RAM & 3 GB free hard drive space, fast and reliable internet service, and up-to-date antivirus. A recent version of Word is helpful but not required.
Our full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and benefits to include medical, dental, vision, 401k & disability. Our speech draft editors make a base rate of 4 cpl with bonuses that are paid on every paycheck.
