Responsibilities
Ā Transcribe dictated information to produce medical and clinical documents.

Ā Document SOAP notes and enter diagnoses, ICD 10 codes, and other relevant information.

Ā Pend prescriptions, lab orders, referrals, and imaging studies for provider approval.

Ā Input billing, E&M codes, and CPT codes for various medical conditions.

Ā Assist providers with non-medical inquiries and tasks as needed.

Ā Prompt providers with appropriate questions regarding patient care and orders.
Requirements
Ā High School Diploma / GED
,
Ā Must be 18 years or older
,
Ā Knowledge of medical terminology
,
Ā 1+ years experience as a medical transcriptionist
,
Ā Ability to work normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm EST, Monday - Friday.
