Medical Transcriptionist
Join our team of medical transcriptionists who work remotely and serve surgical practices in New York City. On-the-job paid training offered.
Position Requirements:
ā¢ Typing speed of 75 wpm or better
ā¢ A computer or laptop with Windows 10 and at least 4 GB of RAM and headphones jack
Preferred Applicants have at least one year of experience as a medical transcriptionist, a foot pedal for dictation playback, and dictation playback software.
Position Duties and Expectations:
ā¢ Transcribing medical notes and reports for the doctors and PAs of various practices
ā¢ Loading transcribed notes to EMS and EHS programs
ā¢ Anticipated weekly workload of 30-45 hours
ā¢ Attention to email correspondence during business hours
This is an independent subcontractor position.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ā 45 per week
