Medical Scribe (Podiatry Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Scribe with expertise in Podiatry and proficiency in Dr Chrono EMR to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our podiatrists by accurately documenting patient encounters and maintaining comprehensive electronic health records. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently document patient visits, medical histories, and treatment plans in Dr Chrono EMR. • Assist podiatrists in recording and managing patient information, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with healthcare regulations. • Prepare and manage patient charts, including recording diagnostic test results, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions. • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. • Support the podiatry team with administrative tasks as needed to enhance workflow and patient care.
