Position: Clinical Documentation Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55ā$80/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Build long-horizon documentation tasks that mirror clinical documentation work.
ā¢ Create deterministic rubrics to grade agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
ā¢ Develop scenarios for encounter documentation like SOAP notes, H&Ps, and progress notes.
ā¢ Construct transitions of care scenarios including discharge summaries and medication reconciliation.
ā¢ Formulate CDI queries triggered by rule-defined documentation gaps with known correct query framing.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to ensure task quality and throughput.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 2+ years as a medical scribe, CDI specialist, RN, NP, PA, or similar documentation-heavy role.
ā¢ Expertise in SOAP or H&P authoring, CDI query practice, discharge summary construction, EHR documentation workflows (Epic, Cerner).
ā¢ Comfortable with clinical artifacts: SOAP notes, H&Ps, discharge summaries, CDI queries.
ā¢ Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
