1. Prepare charts according to clinic protocols
2. Accompany providers during patient visits
3. Document patient history, physical exams, procedures, and treatment plans in real-time
4. Prompt providers regarding quality metrics
5. Record laboratory and radiographic studies
6. Input medication orders
7. Provide patients with instructions
8. Update provider and clinic preference documents
 *Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of equivalent experience
- Pre-health career track preferred
- GPA > 3.5 preferred
 *Responsibilities**
1. Collaborate with healthcare professionals
2. Assist in documentation of patient encounters
3. Support providers in delivering comprehensive care
4. Ensure accurate and timely documentation
5. Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality
