Medical Scheduler
Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an highly proficient, contract Medical Scheduler to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in Muncie, IN!
What You Will Do:
ā¢ Accountable for scheduling surgical procedures, diagnostic procedures, primary care, specialty care, and internal referrals.
ā¢ Follows and reinforces all policies for case scheduling.
ā¢ Communicates information for each scheduled appointment.
ā¢ Accountable for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner.
ā¢ Works under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.
Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 1 year of consecutive and recent (within the last 5 years) experience in a call center environment required.
ā¢ Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times required!
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM M-F
Job Type: Contract and Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
