Role Description Mercor is seeking experienced first-line supervisors of office and administrative support workers to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in office supervision through hands-on scenario creation and validation. Key Responsibilities Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world office and administrative supervision work in healthcare settings based on your professional experience Create realistic situations involving medical office coordination, patient scheduling, billing and insurance processing, and healthcare documentation Develop scenarios for supervising front desk staff, medical records personnel, patient registration, and handling HIPAA compliance Review and evaluate AI responses to healthcare administrative supervision queries for accuracy and professional standards Provide detailed feedback on healthcare office management scenarios to improve AI training Qualifications 4+ years professional experience as a first-line supervisor of office and administrative support workers in health care and social assistance Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz 14 years experience preferred Requirements Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours Project start date: immediately, lasting for around 6 weeks Compensation & Contract Terms Independent contractor engagement through Mercor Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods Application Process Applications reviewed continuously; shortlisted professionals will be contacted for next steps Typical response time: within one week of submission Company Description Mercor is a talent marketplace that connects top experts with leading AI labs and research organizations Our investors include Benchmark, General Catalyst, Adam D’Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey Thousands of professionals across domains like engineering, research, law, and creative services have partnered with Mercor on frontier AI projects
