Medical Office Specialist / Patient Care Coordinator (No Nights or Weekends)

Responsibilities
⢠Assist with patient intake and rooming (check-in/check-out)
⢠Document patient visits in EMR
⢠Answer calls and schedule appointments
⢠Prepare patient charts and track lab results
⢠Coordinate with other medical offices
⢠Process medical records requests
⢠Travel to clinic locations with providers (mileage reimbursed)
⢠Support daily clinic operations as needed
Requirements
⢠High school diploma or equivalent
⢠1+ year of experience in customer service or a medical setting
⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills
⢠Comfortable with computers and EMR systems
⢠Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
⢠Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Nice-to-haves
⢠Coursework or certification in healthcare, communications, or customer service
