Role Overview
As a Medical Laboratory Sales Representative at Progress Medical Labs, you will serve as the face of our organization in the field β€” educating healthcare providers, building lasting relationships, and expanding access to our industry-leading diagnostic portfolio across a broad range of clinical specialties.

You will promote and represent our complete portfolio of diagnostic solutions across the following specialties:

Clinical Specialty
β–Ά Wound Care
β–Ά Internal Medicine
β–Ά Senior Care
β–Ά Infectious Disease
β–Ά Urology
β–Ά Podiatry
β–Ά Gynecology
β–Ά Dermatology
β–Ά Additional Specialties (as portfolio expands)

Key Responsibilities

β€’ Promote and educate healthcare providers on the Progress Medical Labs product portfolio across all clinical specialties listed above.

β€’ Assess individual client needs and present tailored diagnostic solutions aligned with their clinical and operational goals.

β€’ Develop and execute a strategic territory plan designed to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

β€’ Engage actively with training programs, sales tools, and leadership support to continuously develop skills and product knowledge.

β€’ Maintain consistent, professional communication with healthcare staff, office managers, and clinical decision-makers throughout your territory.

β€’ Build and sustain long-term provider relationships through a patient-first mindset and a commitment to delivering value at every interaction.

β€’ Track account activity, territory performance, and pipeline development using company-provided tools and reporting systems.

β€’ Maintain full compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and healthcare industry standards.

Base Compensation | Range
$35,568 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Colorado $57,784-$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
California $70,304-$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Maine $45,304-$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Additional Incentives | Performance-based bonuses; growth opportunities within an expanding national organization
Retirement | Eligible after six months
Expenses | Company offers reimbursement for certain expenses
