Medical Director (NP) – Peptide Telehealth (Remote, Compact License Required)
About Luma Health We’re a fast-growing, peptide-first telehealth platform helping patients nationwide with personalized wellness protocols. We’re expanding to 24 states and need a Medical Director (NP) to lead clinical oversight, review async consults, and ensure compliance. What You’ll Do • Serve as Medical Director for our async peptide recommendation platform • Review 2–5 minute patient protocols • Provide independent clinical judgment (no rubber-stamping) • Oversee quality, compliance, and provider training • Work 100% remotely from anywhere in an NLC state Requirements • Active APRN license in an NLC state (WY, ID, UT, ME, NH, VT, AK, NE, NM, MO preferred) • Active NLC compact privilege (we’ll help verify) • Full Practice Authority (FPA) experience • Own your PC/PLLC (or willing to form one — we provide template) • Malpractice insurance (preferred) • 3+ years telehealth or functional medicine experience • Passion for peptides, longevity, and patient autonomy Bonus Points • Live in Wyoming, Idaho, or Utah (PSOR preferred) • Already have malpractice tail coverage • Experience with BPC-157, CJC-1295, semaglutide, etc. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Referral program Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
